The Resort at Longboat Key Club is located on the island of that name one hour from Tampa International Airport and one-half hour from Sarasota Bradenton Airport. Transportation and limousine service is available from both airports.

There will be several events in conjunction with the conference ocurring at the Resort throughout the weekend:
GOLF TOURNAMENT
The golf tournament will be held at the Islandside course designed by Bill Mitchell, located at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. Appropriate attire and footwear (soft-spikes only) must be worn on the course and practice facilities. Golf fees include cart and greens fees. We are only taking reservations for the first 24 players who sign up, so act quickly to ensure that you and your friends are ready to tee off when June 13 rolls around. You may sign up your own foursome or we can assign you to one if you would like. The tournament will be a four person scramble. Prizes will be awarded at the FAMILY BEACH PARTY.
TENNIS
Eighteen Har-Tru courts, six of which are lighted for night play, are located along the lagoon at Islandside, while twenty Har-Tru courts are located on the bay at Harbourside. Tennis hosts are available to arrange games and match players by skill level. The Resort at Longboat Key will be hosting a tennis tournament with prizes awarded at the FAMILY BEACH PARTY on Saturday night.
SANDCASTLE COMPETITION
A sandcastle competition will be held on the Longboat Key Club Beach. Bring heavy machinery if you like, we expect the best. The beaches are known for being some of the best in the area. Prizes will be awarded at the FAMILY BEACH PARTY.
THE FAMILY BEACH PARTY
The event will be held on the pool deck near the beach. Enjoy the band, cookout and good times. Awards will be given for the tennis tournament, golf tournament and the sandcastle competition.
KIDS’ KLUB
The Resort at Longboat Key Club offers a Kids’ Klub program for children ages 5 through 12. Full day, morning, or afternoon programs are available featuring educational and fun field trips to local attractions, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and water sports. The Resort’s fully trained counselors are certified in first aid and swimming, and are skilled in child supervision and recreation.
